A 25% deposit is required to confirm any catering booking. The balance is due the day of the event. Daily menu orders paid via Stripe — card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. No surprise charges.

Delivery Fees
Delivery is $5.00 within 8 miles of Lakeland. Delivery is $8.00 for 8-12 miles. Beyond 12 miles — contact Karla for a custom rate. Fee always shown before you pay — never hidden.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 72+ hours before the event get a full deposit refund. Within 72 hours — deposit is forfeited. Daily orders may be cancelled up to 1 hour before preparation. No questions asked.
